The Nandina Function Rooms are located on the top floor of the Majestic Roof Garden Hotel and are the ideal venue for your next corporate or social event.

The Nandina multi-functional rooms are adjacent to the roof garden where your guests can relax, unwind and enjoy the uninterrupted views of the famous Adelaide Hills and East End.

Featuring floor-to-ceiling glass doors providing bright and natural light, this affordable function space can host up to 130 guests and has a great range of catering options available through our in-house team from Culshaws Restaurant.

Complimentary AV equipment including cordless microphone, ceiling mounted data projectors, in-house sound system, whiteboards & flip charts, teleconferencing phone & more…… (NB audio visual equipment subject to availability)

$60.00 per person DAY DELEGATE 2019 PACKAGE includes

·         Complimentary room hire for 15 delegates or more and is available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

·         HDMI / Apple / VGA connectivity and av equipment (subject to availability)

·         Continuous Vittoria coffee (self-service pods) and LMDT tea selection from your arrival

·         Your selection of Morning & Afternoon Tea food items

·         Working Lunch

o   Stand-up options available on level 7 in the Roof Garden & pre-meeting spaces

o   Sit-down options are available on the ground floor

·         Each delegate receives Majestic pens and notepaper, filtered water and mints

·         Your on-call service attendant, and

·         The services of our dedicated, professional function coordinator are available to assist with all the planning needs of your event

 

$70.00 per person all inclusive COCKTAIL 2019 PACKAGE includes

·         2 hours food service including your selection of 2 cold & 4 hot canapes (12 pieces pp)

·         3 hours service of the “Adelaide Hills” beverage package, including

o   Dunes & Greene sparkling chardonnay pinot noir & moscato

o   Tomich Hill semillon sauvignon blanc
