For more than 20 years, Rhino Room has proven to be a popular Adelaide venue to celebrate a birthday, engagement, farewell party, graduation or host corporate events.
Based in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD and offering two unique event spaces (Level 1 or Rhino Basement) each including its own licensed outdoor area, Rhino Room easily accommodates a wide range of function options.
Level 1 can accommodate events for up to 200 guests and offers a front bar with booth seating that leads into the main event space comprising a comprehensive main bar, huge dance floor and stage. Level 1 events can enjoy use of our licensed outdoor area along Pirie Street.
Rhino Basement hosts up to 170 guests and is accessed via Hyde Street. Having undergone renovations in 2019, the bar and event space offers cosy booth seating an adjoining room with dance floor and gorgeous outdoor licensed area under the Hyde Street vines.
An added bonus of holding your event with us is our self-catering option where we encourage you to bring in your own food, engage a caterer or, connect with one of our preferred catering contacts. We leave it to you to arrange what best suits your budget while we specialise on ensuring the venue and drinks are perfect for your event.
If you elect to put on a bar tab you can choose to offer your guests complimentary or subsidised drinks. Bar tabs can be used to offer beer, wine, cider and soft drinks or you’re welcome to add spirits and cocktails. Ultimately, we work with you to develop a beverage menu that works for your budget and personal tastes.
Bring a playlist and connect to our system or if you’d prefer we can coordinate a DJ for you. Alternatively, if you already know one, we can provide the equipment for them to use on the night.
