It is really wonderful to see our hard work recognised. Before running Event Scene I worked as a manager in hospitality. I know how hard it is to keep seats full day in and day out. How much work can go into advertising to get bookings for small numbers. I love how one function booking can make all the difference in a quite week. I know the value of one booking for 50 in comparison to the work that goes into 15 – 20 smaller bookings to make up the same numbers. Through Event Scene you can put your venue forward. “Set it and forget it” in a way… Once your listing is up, you just focus on the enquiries and bookings as they come in!
