Welcome to Never Never Distilling Co. –  Australia’s most-awarded gin.

We first walked up that dirt track to the top of Chalk Hill in 2018 and stood gobsmacked by the rolling hills and expansive sky… and immediately knew we were about to become part of a very special place.

We opened our doors in 2020 and had one very clear motive in mind – to celebrate hospitality in everything that we do. When you choose to hold your event with us we will strive to deliver the same experience for our guests as we would for our own family and friends.

Whether it’s a special birthday, meeting, an important corporate event or simply helping you celebrate being reunited with your loved ones after the last few years – we look forward to sharing your special moments with us and in return we promise to make it a truly unforgettable experience.

As gin-tasting bookings, we can host smaller groups for any special occasion or reason to catch up (SEE THE SPECIAL OFFERS FOR MORE DETAILS!!). Or function groups from 20 up to as large as 500 are welcome.

A note regarding weddings; currently we don’t host weddings, however, we would love to host your engagement party!

Saturday functions are not available during our peak season (December – April, inclusive). SEE THE SPECIAL OFFERS FOR AN ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING SATURDAY FUNCTIONS!)

We welcome 18th birthdays as a family dining occasion, however unfortunately do not accept 18th birthday parties.

Similarly, for hens or bridal shower groups, we are not a venue for your ‘typical’ hens event. However, if an elegant long lunch with cocktails, or perhaps a gin tasting, is what you are looking for and you aren’t planning additional decorations, games, or veils… then we’d love to host your occasion.
