Well it took us a little longer to get the analytics reporting up and running than we had hoped! But after just over a month of tracking now, we are ready to publish!

If you already have a listing with us, we will be sending out the breakdown of your listing statistics individually in the next couple of weeks. But here are the overall website numbers for 30 days 12.3.18-12.4.18

From here, analytics will be published quarterly.

ACQUISITION

Organic Search: 79.9%

This is excellent as it shows we are still strong on the first page of google. This is how you capture the attention of clients that wouldn’t have otherwise thought to book with you.

PAGE VIEWS: 7,428

SESSIONS: 948

AVG SESSION DURATION: 3mins 42 secs

BOUNCE RATE: 7.91%

The numbers are lower than the old Event Scene website for the same period last year. This is normal for a newly published website. These will ramp up as we get into our social media marketing and SEO optimisation.

In the 30 day period reviewed, Event Scene directed 296 links out to venues. Links are the external links published on your page e.g. phone, email, website, social media etc. This new site has a lot of information about your venue, so if a customer is clicking through to one of your links, these should be high value clicks as you would have already filtered out the customers that wouldn’t have suited your venue anyway.

  • Electra House takes out the top with most page views and most links/enquiries.

TOP STANDARD LISTING VENUE:

  • Royal Oak Hotel wins with most page views and most links/enquiries.
